  I popped into the Charlotte Tilbury counter at John Lewis looking for some new makeup for a gala dinner, and as someone who doesn’t often wear makeup I was a bit unsure where to start. Freya was absolutely lovely and took the time to talk me through the products and demonstrate how to use them. She was incredibly patient and really understood that I’m not used to applying much makeup, showing me simple techniques and building up a look that felt natural and right for me. It was such a helpful and enjoyable experience, and I left feeling much more confident about applying the products myself. A nice bonus was that there was a discount on and some free gifts too! Thank you, Freya, for the brilliant service.

  Absolutely loved my makeup at Charlotte Tilbury counter. It was very in the Charlotte style. I asked for golden tones and it was exactly what I expected. I would definitely recommend if you are planning to spend over £70 to get a free makeup session to learn new techniques and get some ideas and inspo for your own makeup.
